We bend sheet on the press brake to the angle in your drawing. Profiles, corners and box-shaped parts repeat at the same size.
Bend lines and sequence are calculated in advance and the right tooling is chosen. The hydraulic press forces the sheet into the die to the required angle, and the back gauge holds the position of every bend precisely.
Parts cut by laser or CNC are bent right here on the same site. The part is never moved elsewhere, so the dimension chain stays intact.
